No. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will set up trial access — no payment details required. The trial gives you working credentials so you can test on your actual device and connection, including during a live sports broadcast if you want to verify stream quality where it matters most.
A connection is one simultaneous stream. With 1 connection, one device can watch at a time. With 2 connections, two devices in the same household can watch different channels simultaneously. The 2-connection option costs $3 more per month across all billing periods.
We contact you via WhatsApp ahead of your renewal date with a reminder and a payment link. There is no automatic charge — you renew intentionally when you are ready. Annual plan subscribers receive an advance renewal reminder 2 weeks before expiry.
Yes. If you start monthly and want to move to quarterly or annual, contact us on WhatsApp. We apply a prorated credit for any remaining days on your current plan and adjust to the new billing period.
Every plan works on all major devices: Amazon Fire TV Stick (all generations), Android TV boxes, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and Mac desktops via VLC or a compatible IPTV player. Your subscription credentials use the Xtream Codes API, which is compatible with TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, and most other player apps.
